When the volcano under Yellowstone erupts again, this will be us. What’s left of us, anyhow. Wouldn’t we want somebody to help out—arranging clean water supplies, adequate latrines, an organized waste management system? Food? Shouldn’t we be helping out the stricken in Haiti?
